Assuming I don't, I'll have burned away more than 1,000 calories today by doing absolutely nothing. Then I can repeat the same regiment for tomorrow and Saturday and, by the end of Sunday, I'll actually be able to see and feel a physical difference in my size. Isn't that fascinating?"}
