I usually eat most of the skin with it, which...isn't a great idea. hehe. I don't eat grapes because they don't have any nutritional value whatsoever. They're simple carbs. As are apples. Carrots have beta carotene, but sweet potatoes have it in multiple times more than a carrot, plus other nutrients and minerals, so I eat those instead. I'm weird about food."}
