My whole metabolism always has been really slow and effective ( unless when I get sick ). And I pretty much come to the stage where it is in my best intrest to do something about my perdicament. Either give up working as a chef and supress my love of food. Or work myself up to 1 hour at the gym 4 days a week with around 60-80% cardio and 40-20% heavy muscle group training. It is a good thing I like the indoor rowing machine :)"}
