That isn't to say that romance is a bad genre though, I've seen some romance shows that have been absolutely fantastic, but Kino's Journey takes a certain kind of viewer to really appreciate it. It's an intelligent and thought provoking series that serves as a reminder of why I'm a fan of anime in the first place."}
