In short a bunch of feminists tried to get the word "Bossy" to be banned because they say it is bad for the young unfluential mind. "Young girls are afraid to step up because they are afraid to be called bossy" was the main rhetoric.

As such they got a bunch of very influential woman to speak out against that word.

Which seemed a bit disingenuous if not completely bonkers.

Then they made that video and started a viral-wannabe-spread on facebook, twitter, youtube, neogaf and kotaku.
