You see, when you make a 30 foot wall, you will create a market for 31 foot tall ladders and ropes. So if you were to create a 50 foot wall, yeah you can see where this goes. So what he needs to do is create a wall that reaches out into space. That way the Mexicans will eventually think "hey you know what, buying a ladder that reaches out into space is just as expensive as creating a rocket-ship into space" and we pretty much kickstarted space exploration. ...
