The term "Brony" should not be used, and is, for all intents and purposes, a misconception, do to the fact that a Brony would be more often then not, a MLP FiM fan that uses 4chan and uses the forum \/b\/ brony also is a label. While the brony community has become big enough to be a sub-culture, does that give the term justification? I was ranting on tf2 with a friend about this, this friend hated bronies, mostly for giving themselves said title and while I can side with him on us not giving eachother a title. I must also side with the idea that Brony is technically a sub culture, not a catagory like furry would be, and while I am a brony I must say that I doubt I should call myself one without justification, and again it depends, There are curretly at minimum 175,000 bronies in the world, is that a subculture? If so then I have found justification, If not, I will need to look further."}
