Steam has plenty of flaws. The fact that you continue to put words in my mouth is the best example I can think of of a one-sided viewpoint. And I already explained the pricing thing. Publishers charge less than retail on digital services -&gt; Retailers lose sales -&gt; Retailers stop stocking the publisher's games in protest -&gt; Publisher loses a lot more money than they gain through digital distribution. In the current market, digital prices are controlled by retail stores."}
