Taken loosely, that can be applied to anyone saying &quot;hello&quot; or talking about their day that you don't like. Other than that VI) seems to cover most of the exceptions I can think of. Never really thought if V) as much of an issue. Maybe I'm just not observant enough to catch ponies doing it. Only thing I can think of adding would be that new accounts that spam non-pony stuff will be given little\/no warning, while meetups and such are given a bit more (or something to clarify the no tolerance for spam-bots)."}
