While I very much appreciate the sentiments of this clause... I'm not sure if cursing in and of itself is necessarily a huge problem. IMO (and I emphasise that), it only becomes a substantive problem if it is pointed maliciously at another user, and you have dealt with that elsewhere in the guidelines. I think some people might slip up a lot on this, without intending any harm. While I would be willing to abide by this clause, were it implemented, it seems to me perhaps... like one constraint too many? and a particularly difficult one to enforce..."}
