I have a fan right behind my head where I sleep, normally that works WONDERS. But colds seem to amplify it, cause a great amount of pressure in my ear, and make it worse than usual. Even with headphones pouring white noise into my ear and the fan ,the pressure makes sure I am all to aware of the fact I have tinnitus when normally the fan alone lets me escape it, and get to sleep. Seriously, if it were like this every night I would desperatley seek surgery to intentionally deafen myself."}
