I don\u2019t know how serious it is, if it\u2019s treatable, etc. etc. Maybe I\u2019m overreacting. Maybe this ends up being nothing after a round of chemo and a surgery. I hope that\u2019s the case but I know almost nothing about it and I\u2019m supposed to be pretend everything\u2019s normal."}
