My mother's washing machine is busted. It refuses to spin the drum. Whenever it starts the drum twitches a few times and the program timer resets and halts. Also when the drum is moved by hand there is a lot of resistance and at one point it just feels like it wants to brake. <br \/>Now I have to help choosing a new one."}
