I do my best, but to be fair I was trying to before discovering MLP:FiM. I'd say that anger, itself, is an emotion and therefore neutral, and that it's what you do with it that matters. That said, I had an anger problem for most of my life. I'd finally gotten into therapy for it, and had been for about three months before stumbling upon Equestria. And for a couple of months before that, my at-the-time soon-to-be-ex-girlfriend was trying to get me to get help, and getting me at least a little bit introduced to some good sources for it."}
