I also don't mean to be rude... I oppose gay marriage because i oppose the government sanctioning of homosexual practice. Above all it's an issue of faith for me (which is intertwined with religion in my case, but religion still remains as a separate issue to me). Secondly it's an issue of religion. Thirdly it's a moral issue. And after all of these, my opposition to gay marriage is a social, political, and, lastly, biological issue.
