When he comes online I'll find out how he is travelling. There is a slim, non guaranteed chance of him using a car. How much does it cost to get a train from Harrogate to Leeds by the way? I imagine it will be about £5 for a return, judging by the distance. It's a very similar journey to my own. As for spending at the meetup itself, lunch can be as low as 80p if you want, and the only other costs I can think of are if you wish to buy a blindbag or two. You may well be able to scrape through the day with under £10. :D
