I remember when I was new to it and always played Deathmatch, because I thought it'd be boring to gather all the resources and everything, but it really is way more fun to play it the normal way. I really like playing as the Norse, too. Their giants are awesome, and I love that they get myth favor power stuff (don't remember what it's called) from fighting. :D
