I will head down this Monday and get things done. That being said, it does not say anything about TV size which worries me. I will find out on Monday on size. however the room does have a projector screen but no projector. Does someone have one or we going to have to rent that too? it is a 100$ to rent one for the day which means it would cost 10$ total if 30 people show up. not too bad.
