After the meeting we ran around looking at conference rooms near Metrotown. There are two Community Rooms in Metrotown mall, each seat 40 people and cost $100 for 4 hours, $150 per day. The Bonsor complex is much more expensive, the smallest room was ~$90 per hour with a 4 hour minimum. I forget the seating capacity of that one. There's apparently another room in Metrotower 2 that seats 55 and costs $110 for 4 hours. We couldn't get any info on that today because they're closed. Info at http://www.metrotowerii.com/manual/manualheaderdetail.ch2?manual.id=140&selectedHeaderCounter=3&selectedSubHeaderCounter=12 We'll need to give them a call to see if the room is available. This Metrotower room looks like the best deal by far
