The library conference rooms offer rooms for 60 for 200$ for 4 hours. If Daniel Ingram name is strong enough, we would achieve that and more. 3.find out what we need. Like I said, I don't know if Daniel wants to watch it live. if he does we will need a space that offers internet(library does),audio equipment(library does) and probably a projector(not sure if library does). Projectors are about 100$ for rental which means at the library it would about $350, $320 if we watch it later. These are answers we need by the end of the week. Worry about these first.
