A possible way to do this would be to edit your hostfile, redirect all advertisement websites to <a href="http://127.0.0.1/" title="http://127.0.0.1/" rel="nofollow external">127.0.0.1</a> and hosting an Apache server on your system that displays pictures of ponies. There are easier ways, I just can't recall any from the top of my head right now.
