Like ponies for example. They're simple and doesn't have much details. Then I look around for tutorials or look at other people's works for inspiration. I dunno, I usually don't have to do much for inspiration. Either I'm inspired and just start working with it, or I'm not really interested at all and then I go do something else. :/
