It is the belief that it is a corruption that actively spreads if they allow it to exist. In a certain way they are wrong, and in a certain altough obsolete way, they are right. By prosecution they manage to make people hide their sexual preference, and even marry and sustain a family while hiding it; and that is the point: there are several documented cases of homosexuals marrying and their partner having childs of other men/women, and it works because even if it is all just a façade, they still grow those children who eventually become part of the society. That's the whole point of prosecution as seen as to have a benefit to society. Of course you can interpret it in others way if you like to.</html>
