And it has remained my favorite FF game. Yet, I do like the older ones much more than 7, 8, 10, or 12. XIII-2 fixed XIII for me actually. They definitely redeemed themselves with XIII-2. It wasn't exactly ground-shattering, but it definitely was very likable imo.
