Being a fan of a show which includes anthropomorphism in animals does not imply one is a fan of anthropomorphism in animals. And furries generally aren't fans of anthropomorphism in animals in general, but a specific kind of anthropomorphism wherein the animals have a human-like body shape (there are exceptions to this though).
