Again, it's important, but not life-endingly so. I had a friend who didn't graduate, ended up in the same job at the same place as me (with my AS, no less). Meanwhile, his brother got his GED or maybe &quot;real&quot; diploma, and he has a criminal record including jail time, two kids with two different women, and can't hold a job for a couple of months. Character means a hell of a lot more than paper.
