I didn't word that very well. Sibsy is a member of the studio that make the show, and her (Sibsy's) OC, that was designed in her spare-time (as opposed to as part of her job), made it into the show in that episode. As far as I know, no bronies' OCs have yet to appear. I'm not ruling out the slim possibility, but it hasn't happened yet.
