Well, it depends on the city, but, yes, in those big sprawls with lots of light pollution, it gets really difficult. I used to live in the middle of a place like that, and it was really hard for me. Still, even in those conditions, if you can see any stars at all, Saturn is probably one of them. *nods sagely* :)
