But the other ways are arduous and long. There's no easy fix. It took me years to sort of auto-correct my depression despite the help from my therapist. I don't know man... I want to help you, but I don't know how. You can make it through. I know you can. It's a matter of how. And the fixes besides what I mentioned all take a long process to take effect. ;_;</html>
