You COULD call these hallucinations but theyre not. When i have the level of relaxation needed with the right music, i see colours and shapes; I think about them, render them 3d in my head, and rotate and analise them. Its about mind control, for example imagine a pink golfball on a black background, then add a blue grid to the image in the foreground, and gradually add more small coloured details, taking absolute care to not &amp;quot;Lose&amp;quot; any of them, concentrating on each colour and shape at once</html>
