WA state's a great place as a tourist, though. The 'bad' elements are far from the tourist-filled downtown or U District or Seattle Center. And Downtown Tacoma has Dorky's Barcade - A retro arcade with video games &amp; from the 80's &amp; 90's that only cost 25 cents! Also HUGE amount of pinball games! And Thomas Kemper on tap! :D
