They used it to support their claim that Linux was not a viable gaming platform because Quake Live had so little Linux players. I wonder if this has anything to do with the fact that out of the 20 installation attempts I've had in different distros, only one succeeded. Add to that the fact that, if there's anything we have a lot of, it's Quake-like games.</html>
