Getting a bit of money from some soccer mom giving her credit card to a popup on her computer? Pursuing you isn't worth it to her. Getting into a bank system and stealing millions? You better hope you covered your tracks, because you know they're going to target you back. I'm not saying it's &lt;i&gt;impossible&lt;/i&gt; to get away with it, but it just seems safer to target many small fries, at least in my opinion, than going after the big guns would be.</html>
