It does have Filters, but It doesn't seem like you can actually block users with it, I think you can only hide posts with certain text. You could consider asking the developer, <a href="mailto:macno@macno.org" title="mailto:macno@macno.org" rel="nofollow external">macno@macno.org</a>, if he could implement that feature. Or someone (you or someone else) could port it and fix it up yourself.
