I don't feel it's that way any longer. It was basically lawless. And to be fair, we ruled ourselves without any help from over here, especially when Tinker was in charge. Cabal didn't like us that much either. Basically, each side has it's positives and negatives, but when you say things about us and believe the whinings of people who can't follow simple rules, spoken or unspoken, (as if we're unfair) you're asking for unsightly comebacks.
