I can't really rearrange where the different navigation buttons sit, since I can only alter CSS (for the most part) and that'd be a code mod. I <i>could</i> theoretically un-float Search so it moves back to the right and turn it into an icon to differentiate it, but that'd probably just look ugly. What else?
