Call me old fashioned but I prefer my PC not to be a mobile phone. I like PCs, I like the feel of using PCs, I like the general look of PC UIs - hell, I even like consoles. And behind the UI, I didn't see what is the big novelty of Win8, so to me, it is a question of aestetics.
