Even then, why does he NEED a desktop if he'll use nothing but a browser? That's overcomplicating it. He gets a browser, and that's that. Nothing more. No desktop environment, no file manager, nothing but a browser. Long story short: Windows cannot be tweaked to be only a browser, and is therefore unsuitable for the task at hand.</html>
