They tend to want a doctor involved to keep an eye on things. My girlfriend is on a different medication solely for recovering from anxiety attacks. She just takes one when it happens. They're not addictive and I think less overall harmful than the full antidepressant suite. I can find out what it is if you want? Taking meds to deal with a problem you have is no more weak than a paraplegic using a wheelchair to get around, meds are just a different type of tool.</html>
