Change the mode to Live stream, change the Streaming Service to Twitch / <a href="http://Justin.tv/" title="http://www.justin.tv/" rel="nofollow external">Justin.tv</a>, get your stream key from <a href="http://www.twitch.tv/broadcast" title="http://www.twitch.tv/broadcast" class="attachment" id="attachment-176721" rel="nofollow external">http://www.twitch.tv/broadcast</a> and put it in. Hit save. Add some sources (hit preview stream to ... well preview it lol) then hit Start streaming and it should work. :D
