It was a skateboarding game with anthropomorphized animals that had cel-shading similar to the Jet Set Radio games, and I think it had some sort of motif involving explosives? I'm sketchy on that last detail, though. I played a demo of it years upon years ago and I can't remember what it was called but I'd recognize the name if I saw it.
