But it has to be natural. Like instead of backing down and saying sorry, I'll go on the offensive. But then at the end of the day, I do feel better, but I'm also still depressed and it pains. Thats why most times I think that maybe I should find a way to give more stress and hate towards me so that I can see what it does and maybe it will set me back to normal</html>
