And I honestly think the change has (unfortunately) decreased the size of said community, making it even less likely that they can come up with the funds in time. I do realize there's also the actual Skullgirls community to put money in toward that (because their campaign just needs to reach the goal - the Mane6 community itself doesn't have to raise all of that) but... I personally wouldn't hold out hope.
