Some people haven't used it at all. I personally never touch it, but that's because I'm somewhat of a veteran. Personal should be given more importance so that people stop leaving when they have a fight with another user. Having both approaches would be really good. We should have one of those chatroom thing sessions with wiget about how to make this happen.
