 <html>I'm shocked that it's actually OK with Kickstarter to: Start a project, fail to meet your funding goal, then submit the same project again, with the funding goal set to a slightly lower amount than the pledges you recieved first time around, just so you can guarantee you'll get the money, even if you potentially can't deliver the product.</html>
