Be careful with those. I've had a few friends get completely hosed over by those culinary schools. :( If you're doing it just to learn, you should be all right (though I know one that, basically, closed its doors, took the money and ran).  If you're setting your sights on a career and/or a college degree, be very careful, because a lot of these schools are long on promises, and some are ditching their accreditations to go independent in order to reduce expenses. But they'll give you a really pretty certificate printed from PowerPoint that you can show potential employers! (Yeah, I'm a bit bitter on this. Don't like it when my friends are taken advantage of and swindled.)</html>
