Note that I can not live dangerously if I am dead... So I will be sure to :) ... In other news I did create a very nice sweet white wine some time ago in a smaller bottle. I think I am going to stick to home-brewing in smaller bottles since they always seem to turn out great-tasting. Too bad, if I could make them in 2 liter bottles or something I would at least have a sizeable amount for show-and-tell ( &lt; or whatever there is for equivalent in this country )
