PSP's use ad-hoc AND infrastructure, but the US and EU Freedom Unites only use the former. Ad-hoc party connects you to the PS3... and lets you connect with others in different &quot;Rooms&quot; and chat... while playing on the PSP. Its mostly Freedom Unite atm... and people with pirated/imported Portable 3rds
