The writing was just good enough to keep me interested, but then I watched all of S1 and S2, then S3, and became super-fandom overload. I don't think that &quot;Luna Eclipsed&quot; is a bad introduction for a newbie, but I would probably advocate eps 1 and 2 in unison or the Discord arc to interest new folks, overall.
