I'm stuck in a homeless shelter right now and doing everything I can to bet the hell out... I have food stamps but you can't buy soap, shampoo, or a new pair of winter boots on food stamps... hell, you can't even buy a decent hot meal with them, but I can get all the soda and junk food I want... how's that for beaurocratic common sense?
